Service Design Captures and documents all stakeholder requirements in our Requirements Catalogue. Creation of costed Service Catalogue providing clearly documented and costed ICT services
Service ITT Response Captures and documents service related ITT requirements. Plans and designs responses against targeted requirements. Ensures reuse of materials where possible.
Service Transition Tier 1 will provide transition services to ensure contracted services are delivered to time, quality and budget.
Contract Negotiation Too often bid and commercial team enter into negotiations without Managed Services expertise. Tier 1 personnel will augment your capability to ensure agreements & concessions are understood
